Bottom Nav Bar for Samsung Music

I'm looking at the images for Samsung Music on the Galaxy Store, and I'm wondering why the bottom navigation bar isn't available on my end? Is this a regional exclusive feature? If there is a way to get this feature, please let me know. Thank you! 

PS: is there also a way to get that colored background on the top part of the app?

Probably regional. i imagine they have a link with a korean streaming service the same way american version has spotify search. you could always try to download the APK from that region but the bottom bar would be useless if 2 of the 3 options
don't work in your region
