Bluetooth headphones won't connect to my Bluetooth

OKI have 2 Bluetooth headphones.It works on the other headphones but when I turn off everything and I try to use my other headphones.It won't when I hit skin.It doesn't find it, and that's not my headphones.Be paying looking for something in pair too

Ultra25 Bluetooth will PAIR, but won't CONNECT with my Lenovo yoga laptop . What am I doing wrong ? It shows connected for a bout 3 seconds , then shows not connected . I've tried removing/unpairing.... all those redundant steps already

If one headphone pairs and works and the other doesn't, that indicates a defect in the headphones that won't pair.
