Yes samsung smart switch was helpful for most things. I switched from iphone to Samsung. U have to buy or install each app individually from the google app store. And if u use notes on iphone, u can download samasung notes program on the computer and transfer your iphone notes to the samsung app on the computer. I forgot how, but u can copy your iphone notes to a folder on your computer then transfer them to Samsung notes program
