Samsung Apps and ServicesYour corporation is rightly considered a benchmark for the entire world, and much could be said about your achievements. However, allow me to ask you the following question:
Are you considering relocating the USB-C power connector in future smartphone models? I propose placing it on the side (for instance, on the right), abandoning the traditional bottom position. This would substantially improve device ergonomics.
The benefits of such an approach are clear:
- Enhanced video content consumption: Since many users operate smartphones horizontally when watching films or gaming, a side-mounted port enables unhindered cable connection without compromising simultaneous device usage.
- Improved performance of wired accessories: When listening to music via wired earbuds, a side-positioned port eliminates discomfort associated with having to hold the phone at a specific angle to avoid stretching wires. The cable wraps neatly around the phone's edge, ensuring convenient usage even during intense physical activity like jogging or working out.
- Increased practicality and reliability: Moving the power port to the side reduces the likelihood of damage to the socket resulting from repeated upward and downward flexing of the cord. This solution minimizes stress on the connector and prolongs the lifespan of the device.
Thus, this straightforward modification has the potential to significantly enhance user comfort, set new standards for convenience, and highlight the uniqueness of subsequent product iterations.

Samsung Apps and ServicesTo reach someone at Samsung and make feature requests, you will need to use the members app on a galaxy device, visit the support tab, and navigate to "send feedback."
However, please be aware that Samsung is unlikely to respond to user feedback regarding hardware design as they have dedicated R&D teams for this purpose.

Samsung Apps and Services@AleksandrRoldugin Of course there is the inconvenience when you want to hold the phone and charge it at the same time.
Also makes it harder to charge the phone while it is in your pocket.
Since car mounts typically grab the side of the phone to keep it secure, a side charging port would interfere with that.
This post seems suspiciously similar to https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-S24/Why-the-Charging-input-can-t-be-on-the-side-of-the-ph...
