Oh, gee.  Even on my S10 won't get the drop down.  May just as well be a drawn rectangle on the page.  When I try the "having trouble, contact us" link and go through the effort of writing out the problem it fails on submission.  Something is wrong with the site, and it is not me or my devices.

Oh, good grief.  Even tried to do it in safe mode.  No joy.  It's the site and I give up.  I'll wait til next quarter, maybe they'll have fixed it by then.  They don't even have an alternative entry method.
