You likely have some kind of subscription associated with your Samsung account.

Check the Galaxy Store to see if there is an app you have unknowingly subscribed to. Galaxy Store > More > Subscriptions.

You could also log into your Samsung account and see if there are any subscriptions there.

If you are unable to find what is taking out, you will need to contact Samsung to identify and stop any charges associated with your Samsung account.

Thanks I will try customer support again. I was transferred in circles last time I tried. I have checked and don't have any subscriptions open.

Support can be a mixed bag.

That is odd. Could there be another Samsung account in your household that could be the source of your charges?

My girlfriend but I checked her open subscriptions as well. It looks like a charge from a watch face, that just keeps charging me every month.
