QuestionsHello,
Thank you for your participation in Beta program.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience with your current situation (unable to backup on Smartswitch, submitting error report via Members channel, unable to factory data reset, inability to rollback to One UI 6.1.1...). Due to the possible "instability" of the Beta software, we always try to inform our participants to backup the data in case these kinds of criticial issues occur during the Beta program.
You can still try to back up your current data to either Samsung or Google cloud without depending on the Smart Switch app, and try to factory data reset your device, as this is the best "solution" to resolve your current rebooting issue after several flashing.
There are numerous reasons that your device may be undergoing this issue (multiple system apps crashing due to ineligibility in One UI 7 version, optimization...etc).
Although it is painful to wait until Beta 3 (possible fix), we kindly ask you to try the Factory Data Reset (or clear cache from safe mode) after backing up your data on cloud as a best temporary solution for now.
Steps to Wipe Cache:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power button.
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
6. Press Side key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
8. When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Side key to restart the device.
Regards,

QuestionsI'll probably do this if this keeps happening although I'd much rather wait and download beta 3 if I can and not possibly lose all my data and pray that the blinking and rebooting doesn't brick my phone. I never thought of the idea that my apps may be causing this since obviously they may not be compatible with one ui7 yet. Anyway as long as it doesn't brick my phone I'll try to deal with it until beta 3 is released. Thank you very much for helping and Happy New Year 2025
