Yet another Costco Art subscription issue

Just like all the other “solved” reports of this issue - bought the Frame TV from Costco, tried to redeem the 2 year free Art subscription, doesn’t work. Costco says it’s Samsung’s fault, Samsung says it’s Costco’s fault. Have read previous “solved” reports of this issue, the latest “solved” post says to contact the Samsung Promotions department, their number has been disconnected.
