QLED and The Frame TVsJust like all the other “solved” reports of this issue - bought the Frame TV from Costco, tried to redeem the 2 year free Art subscription, doesn’t work. Costco says it’s Samsung’s fault, Samsung says it’s Costco’s fault. Have read previous “solved” reports of this issue, the latest “solved” post says to contact the Samsung Promotions department, their number has been disconnected.

QLED and The Frame TVsI am also having the same issue. Like you - I also got only a reduced period for free promotion in the payment app instead of two years free.
Costco support says go to Samsung and Samsung support says go to Costco.

QLED and The Frame TVsYep, Samsung is at fault, their payment app knows about the code, but is configured incorrectly (or the payment app itself sucks).
But, there’s no one at Samsung who cares.
