QLED and The Frame TVs

Hi,

When this TV is powered on it sort of seems as if it tries to start. Brief flicker of white/ pixelation only for a second. Then immediately goes perfectly green as if there is a damaged connection.

It stays in that state for maybe 5 seconds then powers off.

Attempts so far:

  • Unplug for extended period of time.
  • Hold power button on the back down for 30+ seconds.
  • Firmware upgrade boot from USB (Did not detect USB)

Not sure what the issue is. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Hello! @Weered Thank you for posting about this. I completely understand your concerns with the TV powering off and green screen. Disconnect all externals devices (HDMI, USB, antenna, etc) turn the TV on to see if the issues persists. A faulty device or cable could be interfering. Also, check the power supply to ensure the TV is plugged into a functional wall outlet, not a power strip or surge protector, as these could cause voltage issues.

If the issue still persist. I recommend the unit be serviced.
