QLED and The Frame TVsIt’s just showing a white screen. I tried to go back to step 2 or forward to step 4 but nothing is working. It’s frozen on step 3.

QLED and The Frame TVsHello, Art young19. Welcome to the Samsung Community! We know how frustrating it can be for your TV to freeze up during the setup process. Have you tried a hard reset of the TV to try and resolve this issue?
Here's a step-by-step guide:
1. Power Off and Unplug:
Turn off the TV using the power button on the TV itself or the remote.
Unplug the TV from the power outlet.
Wait about 60 seconds to allow the TV to fully power down.
2. Power On and Enter Reset Mode:
Power On: Plug the TV back into the power outlet.
Press and Hold: Press and hold the power button on the TV itself for 30 seconds.
Access Reset Menu: If the TV is responsive, it should attempt to power on. If the screen is still black, you may need to use the remote to navigate to the reset menu.
Remote Navigation (if screen is black):
Press the Menu button on the remote.
Navigate to Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset.
Enter the PIN (default is 0000) if prompted.
Confirm the reset.
If the TV powers on, but screen is still black:
Navigate to Settings > General > Reset.
Enter the PIN (default is 0000) if prompted.
Confirm the reset.
3. Confirm and Reboot:
Select "Yes" or "OK" to confirm the reset.
The TV will reboot automatically.
If the TV is completely unresponsive, you may need to contact Samsung support for further assistance
