CEC on both devices are turned off. Xbox is not on Smart Things. I have 2Samsungs and only this newish one does it. .. I've power off both devices for several hours...(plugs). Still after a few seconds of tv turning on the xbox will turn on. My remote is not set to control the Xbox either.
