QLED and The Frame TVs
Hi, everyone
I'm facing a serious issue with my Samsung Q70T TV (65"). After just 3 years of normal use, the screen has developed brownish color tinting and gradient issues that make it nearly unwatchable.
I was shocked to learn that the local agent refused to repair it, saying the cost is almost the same as buying a new TV. It’s unacceptable that a $1,500 high-end TV becomes unusable in such a short time.
I’ve seen many users around the world report the same panel issue with this exact model. It’s clearly a manufacturing defect, not user damage.
What can I do? I can't afford a new TV.
How can I make Samsung take response for this issue?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
