QLED and The Frame TVsI bought a new qled 75 inch TV from Amazon on 28-Oct-2022. I have invoice and receipt from amazon.sa and this product should be in manufacturer warranty for 24 months till 28-Oct-2024.
Not Samsung online website mention that warranty expired on 25-May-2024.
I am disappointed and bit angry as this an expensive product.
The issue the TV has is speakr and subwoofer sound breaking off and too much disturbance for action movies.
I really need help to resolve this issue within warranty.
