QLED and The Frame TVsAfter a November 2024 purchase, my QN77S90DAFXZA failed to power on at the end of December. Warranty repair was smooth, and TV operating as expected.
August 29, 2025, same issue. Warranty repair scheduled for 9/3/2025.
If it is the same problem, do I have any recourse to extend the warranty for the repair part?
Any recourse to get a replacement TV?
I requested a replacement when chatting with Support and was told they cannot do so.
