QLED and The Frame TVsMy circa 2017 Frame UN65LS003 has recently begun giving me 20008 (won't download) errors and on a hunch I did a Reset SmartHub. That freed-up a lot of memory apparently, but the Reset meant I had to re-login to my account, and now in Art mode when I select the Art Store I get a dialog "Start your trial subscription" i.e. the TV has forgotten I'm already subscribed.
I'm logged-in with the proper credentials--why isn't the Art Store available to me any more?

QLED and The Frame TVsToday I can answer my own question: the Art Store is slow as molasses to respond to at least my 2017 Frame. Today I accessed the TV again and this time it showed that I had an active subscription. Good, but it only had a single button besides the Subscription one: Curations. Then I looked at it again a while later, and all the normal selections I'd normally see when accessing the Art Store were back--Architecture, Wildlife, Landscapes, Digital Art, etc ending I think with Artists, though it was also slow to load.
Part of the slowness may be due to my Frame being now 7 years old, and another aspect may be my relatively slow DSL Internet provider (though it streams 4K just fine at maybe 40Mbps).
I haven't played with it much but I think my 20008 errors are gone now.
Must say that I visited family with a brand-new Frame on the wall, and its Art Store works way differently, presenting this week curations of seasonal art esp Xmas that they played continuously while we were there. My Art Store offerings might have the artwork in various places, but not put-together and I can't put them in Slide Show mode (brother in law had them rotate at 3min intervals).
Their menus looked totally different from mine, with fewer options in general as far as I could tell, but OMG the matte glass on the newest Frames is awesomely better than mine, making each image look that much more like a professionally-made frame w/non-reflective glass.
