When I am watching an 8K YouTube video and then use another app or Samsung TV it no longer display 8K YouTube videos. I have to unplug from the wall to clear out the cache and then it will play 8K on the video port in YouTube? How do I get the cache to clear other than clearing the cache through each app because that doesnāt work?
Iāve had several technicians give me opinions and look at it, but they know nothing about the Samsung 8k television sets. No one understands what viewport means!
