Connectivity issues persist despite moving one connect to no more than 24” from TV, resetting TV. Have followed similar issues and guidance to solve in Samsungs community, among other sources to no avail.

May I ask if you have tried a reset of the One Connect Box? To do this, you start with a Soft Reset (power cycle) by unplugging everything for 60+ seconds, then a Firmware Reset (Pair Button) for wireless models (hold Pair for 10s), or a Factory Reset via the TV Menu (Settings > General > Reset, PIN: 0000) for a full settings wipe, ensuring proper ventilation and avoiding surge protectors always. Yes, by "resetting TV" I should have said "reset of One Connect Box." That was done as described for Factory Reset.
Issue persists.
You mention "avoiding surge protectors always". Why would I want to do that?
