Anybody know what is going on here, just bought mine 3 days ago and itās been doing this non stop on OTA content. Contacted Samsung 3 times with no fix. Need to figure this out or return this .
NFL games start in 2 hours so we will see what happens. I believe I was having the issue while watching the baseball games a couple days ago but I donāt remember (had too many beers). Hopefully they fix this soon. I may have to get rid of Samsung products and go to LG.
One thing to be careful with with this problem is it's maddeningly intermittent. All the tricks I've tried, from people posting here, and from Samsung CS, seem like they work, but then the problem comes back. It's way more likely that the problem just temporarily went away on it's own.
It is interesting that it seems to happen when watching football, but then again, that's one of the most common things I use live TV for. Here's a data point contradicting that theory - it happened to me just now during a commercial.
I've called Samsung like 5 times now. All useless. This last time they decided to send a technician out. I don't think that's going to go well. I'm 99% certain the problem isn't going to reproduce while they're here. But, we'll give it a shot!
We are having the same problem. Itās not just football but the nightly national News, too! And itās not all the time but randomly and never during commercials.
Even lovelier, Samsung "schedules" a technician to come out on a specific day, but when that day comes, and you call the repair service company, they're like, "Um, that's just a tentative time. Samsung doesn't have access to our schedule." It's just a date for a date!
