Solved: Missing mount assembly for 32 inch Frame TV - Samsung Community

Hi all,

I purchased a 32 inch Samsung Frame (QN32LS03TBFXZA) and discovered that the mount brackets and screws appear to have been missing from the box. I am having a tough time figuring out how to get the missing parts sent to me so that I can mount my TV. Any ideas on how I can get these missing parts? I need the mounting plates that are into the wall, and the mount screws that go into the back of the TV that slide into the mount brackets.
