Before the last update, the TV was compatible with 4K at 120Hz. However, after enabling gaming mode, it now shows the message: "This is not compatible with the connected device" (PC with an Nvidia 3070 and HDMI 2.1). It only works at 60Hz, regardless of whether HDR is enabled or disabled in Windows. Something went wrong after the last update, guys. I also tested with lower resolutions, but the same issue occurs—120Hz is no longer available. T_T
On the error screen, the resolution appears erratic. Do you need a screenshot for reference? I’d like to know if it’s possible to manually downgrade the firmware via USB and where I can download the file to test this. This would help confirm if the update is the problem. (For context, I’ve tested with three different computers—both Nvidia and AMD GPUs—and got the same results, so it seems to be 100% an issue with the TV.)
Regards
