I have s25 ultra and tab S10 ultra. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can use the YouTube revenced apk package on my new Samsung g7f 55". I know that different sizes of these TVs have different specs and all but was hoping someone has found a work around to having YouTube revanced download on the tv. If not. I really hope Samsung makes it happen. I can use Samsung dex but for some reason my picture quality so down the drain when using dex. Its this was for using on stream(movie app) and my YouTube revanced. Maybe there are some settings I don't know about that help with the dex situation that I'm not aware of. So really, there's two problems on my post here. Will update title the same.
Hi @jamesl8813, thanks for posting about this Unfortunately, Samsung TVs donโt support installing APK files. APKs are designed for Android devices, while Samsung TVs run on Tizen OS, which doesnโt allow sideloading apps in that format. As far as Dex settings go, here are few things you can download and adjust to make the streaming quality better. -Install Good Lock and enable MultiStar โ This module allows you to access advanced DeX settings, including higher resolutions. -Use a strong wired connection โ Connect your phone to the display using a reliable HDMI cable or adapter for the best performance. -Enable Game Mode on your TV โ This reduces input lag and improves responsiveness. -Turn on Enhanced Processing on your phone โ Go to Settings > Device Care > Performance Mode and select Enhanced Processing for smoother multitasking. -Adjust your TVโs picture settings โ Set the aspect ratio to โScreen Fitโ or similar to prevent cropping and stretching.
