I've been dealing with an issue with my Samsung t.v and I'm not sure what's going on. I've shut off all the power saving options but yet my t.v still shuts off by itself when I leave the house. I'll be buying a different t.v because the security on this smart t.v is horrible.
This happens to me as well. If I am in or near the house, the TV will stay on forever. When I leave the house, it shuts off. I have checked smartthings, google home, etc. I cannot figure out why.
I just figured out why. The modes and routines on my samsung phone automatically generated a going out routine that turns off the TV when I leave my address.
