Hi, I've noticed when screen is black there's fairly noticeable blooming on my 65" Frame 2022. Is this normal? Or should I contact regarding replacement. It's a rather poor viewing experience. Image below captured from  YouTube black screen test I did. Any advice would be great

I can definitely understand your concern here. Let's try to alleviate some of the stress by trying this link:

Please read the link in its entirety to reap the full benefit of the troubleshooting. If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information, and look at this from a case by case basis, please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.

And even is not black, I have samsung tv from back 2017, black screen and no blooms, it's completely black. And those from 2022 cristal tv with blooms and is not black. The quality and color is just poor.

You have an extremely bad clouding issue. Personally I wouldn't keep it. I don't know if they'll consider that worthy of a replacement though. Pictures like this are why I switched to OLED.

Which YouTube black screen test? Can you please provide the link so we could conduct the same test?
