Im trying to connect an antenna to my 75 inch q60? Smart tv. The antenna doesn't show up, can't scan channels and the TV kicks back to air stations. It seems like the connection to the usb isn't even recognized which is the power source to the antenna. I have the cable connected to the TV antenna in and usb is antenna power source. Need help. Would like to get my local stations. My only input sources are air amd cable yet when I switch to air the channels change to Samsung channels NO option to scan channels. Help please. Ty.

QLED and The Frame TVsSecondly, make sure the antenna coaxial cable is properly connected to the Antenna coaxial connector.
I found that it works best if you go into settings and factory reset the TV, then run through the setup process which includes auto-programming of the channels.
