QLED and The Frame TVs

I'm looking at getting hearing assisted wireless TV headphones (e.g., Sennheiser, Simolio). So I can listen to clearer speech dialogue when needed while the wife listens to TV as normal. I have an HW-Q70R soundbar connected via the OCB HDMI (ARC) port of Q90R TV. The question is can I connect the wireless TV headphones base / charging station via the OCB optical audio output... and listen with the headphones via that connection while still having the soundbar audio for my wife? Meaning the optical audio output can be listened to in parallel without disabling audio output on HDMI (ARC)?

Unfortunately, the television will only output to one sound device at a time. You can try using a splitter but you will likely have to choose between ARC and Optical.
