Iโm writing as the owner of a Samsung QN65QN80FDFXZA Neo QLED TV. Iโve noticed that the channel information banner appears for an extended period and thereโs no option in the settings to adjust or shorten its duration. After researching and trying all available workaroundsโincluding checking for firmware updates and exploring accessibility settingsโIโve found that this feature is either missing or non-functional on my model.
This persistent banner interferes with the viewing experience, especially when switching channels or using the built-in tuner. Iโd like to request that Samsung consider adding a user-accessible setting to control the banner display duration in a future firmware update. Many users across the Samsung Community have expressed similar concerns, and I believe this small change would significantly improve usability.
