QLED and The Frame TVs

I remember being able to run 1440p at 120 Hz on my TV (QA43Q65R) with my PC connected via an HDMI cable three years ago. Now, I’m trying to do it again, but I can't get it to run at 1440p and 120 Hz. I have tried enabling Game Mode and using the same PC and HDMI cable, but I still don’t see the 120 Hz option on the PC desktop (in Advanced Display Settings). I only get 1440p at 60 Hz. I think a software or firmware update on the TV might have prevented it from running at 120 Hz. What can I do to get it back to 1440p at 120 Hz like before?

I understand, but according to your model, this TV does not actually support 120hz. Motion smoothing gives the appearance of it as it speeds up most movies and TV shows as they are at 24Hz. Also, after looking into this further, this model is not a US model, so I would recommend you contact your country support team using the link below.

You can't get 120Hz on this TV as it only supports 60Hz.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! This tv does not support 120Hz only 60Hz. You may be thinking of motion smoothing which can give the appearance of 120Hz but is not,

I don't understand what you mean by "giving the appearance of 120Hz but not actually being 120Hz." Three years ago, I swear I had 120Hz on this TV when connected to my PC. I turned on Game Mode and pressed the center button on the TV remote. In the top right corner of the QA43Q65R, it showed 2560 x 1440 / 120Hz HDR. Was that just an indication of motion smoothing? If so, I would like to have that again.

Moreover, at that time, I even went to testufo.com, and it showed 120Hz. Could you please check this TV again? I think a software or firmware update might have prevented it from running at 120Hz now.
