Hello, PM2Frame. Welcome to the Samsung Community! We know how frustrating it can be not being able to navigate to the channel guide on your Frame TV.
To do this, you can either press and hold the channel up/down button to bring up the channel list, then release and push the same button once to access the EPG (Electronic Program Guide), or press the "Samsung TV Plus" button on the remote and navigate to "Press Guide".
