QLED and The Frame TVsHi, I bought a new TV model QN85QN70FAFXZA from Samsung online store, I notice light spots on some parts of the screen when the background is dark or just black, mostly on the 4 corners and look like ripples, contacted Samsung and even they didn't want to replace the 3 weeks old TV, they send a service technician that end up changing the whole screen panel. The problem is that the new panel have similar problems (different ripples patterns but very similar), my previous Samsung 82 inches TV (2020) model didn't have this problem. Is this normal for the Neo QLED TVs? Is this a problem or is just me? Attached are pictures of the old panel and new panel showing similar light spots. Will this problem be solved by a new firmware update?
What should I do?

Hi,
My guess is that most of all these panels have the same defect and Samsung should recall and replace by other model tv, it sound like a class action is needed, these are not cheap TV and the defect is unacceptable, buying this TV was one of the worst deceptions

QLED and The Frame TVsI have the exact same issue with my brand new 85'' QN70F. The first time I reported this issue, it was on the 6th day and Samsung didn't accept a return and asked me to work through warranty. They have replaced the panel twice with a brand new panel but the issue still persists. The second time they came to check the issue, Samsung tech was trying to convince me that this is how the TV works and it is not a defect. Really frustrated with dealing with Samsung support multiple times after spending so much on this TV. I am wondering if this is an issue with Neo QLED series or just with QN70F.

Yes, it should not be like that , Samsung should recognize that there is a problem a with the tv panels, the problem is with other models too, not just the QN70F, it is not acceptable for the TV to have those spots, I can't watch anything at night that has dark background or black bands because the spots are so visible that it is impossible to use the TV.
I use to have a previous 82 inch Samsung model and it didn't have the spots problem, so it is not true that it is how the TV works, that is just the service trying to not have to come back again saying that his job was done correctly, that it was but the problem is on the panels.
