QLED and The Frame TVs

We have an 85” qLED tv that has blurry white cloudy area in dark scenes. We had Samsung change out the tv panel (basically the whole tv) but the be panel is worse than the first one.

it make dark scenes look blurry and vignetted and obscures much of the scene ruining the experience.

How can I get a whole new tv, it too from Nov to July to get Samsung to replace the first bad one. Taking down an 85” tv isn’t easy and the Samsung tech broke the back of the tv the last time he was here but refused to replace it.

Which series Qled do you have?

This phenomenon is know as Dirty Screen or blooming effect. If you TV is still under warranty I would call them about this problem.

You can try going to the local dimming settings and set it to low to see if it mitigate the effect somewhat.

I have the 85" QLED model QN85Q70DAFXZA . I have turned in four tickets now (and just finished another one). They replaced the entire front screen once, but that one was worse than the first one. I asked that they replace the whole V this time, we will see if we get that or not.
