QLED and The Frame TVsAfter being away for a few days, I came home to find the black screen on my 65 in tv hanging down, separated from the base of the tv. I went online to chat to a Samsung associate, and he kept telling me to unplug the tv and wait 60 seconds and turn it back on. That is all the advice that he could give but of course, it did not put the black screen back on the tv. I had to make an appointment to call Samsung and speak to someone and was given a time of 5 PM the next day to receive a call from them. Sure enough, I got a call at 5PM and was put on hold. I was on hold for 30 minutes and then Samsung just hung up on me. This is an expensive TV and only 3 yrs, 3 months old. The warranty is for 3 yrs. If this is the kind of quality to expect from Samsung and a complete lack of customer support, then I will no longer be a consumer of Samsung products.
