Please can anyone help with my Samsung TV. Rang helpline but no help offered other than to contact programme providers.

I have followed advice via Settings/Accessibility to disable the Voice Guide commentary which has suddenly appeared. It says Voice Guide Off but it is still giving commentary on numerous, but not all, channels.

I have switched off at wall, and made sure it is Updated.

I have turned volume down on Voice Guide but it is still annoying and distracting.

Grateful for any advice.

Is the only option a TV engineer?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Depending on your model, you can try the following: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Select Voice Guide Settings and disable Voice Guide. If this doesn't work, as long as you look in the accessibility settings and look for voice guide on your model, you can turn it off from there.

Your spelling and syntax indicate you may not be in the U.S. the focus of this forum is U S. Products. Is your TV a U S. Model? If not, you may find better guidance in a forum for your region.
