Installing an app and password issues

Hi,

I am trying to install an app on my TV. It is requesting that I log into my Samsung account. I am putting in the correct email and password and I can log into Samsung from my phone but on the TV it keeps telling me that the ID or password is incorrect  

How can I resolve this issue?
