My 65" Class Crystal UHD (2021) is having sound issues. When watching an action movie or a war movie from any streaming service the dramatic explosions and gunfire sounds are supressed. I have selected the Sound option in all formats: Standard, Surround, Game, Adaptive, and it occurs. It happens if the sound comes from the TV or the bluetoothed sound bar

Thanks for responding. I ran all these tests, with the exception of the HDMI cable test because my Samsung soundbar is connected via bluetooth, and I am still experiencing the same problem. Here is a real-world example of what I am experiencing:
I'm watching the Christmas movie, Die Hard on Amazon Prime, and whenever there is gunfire, especially surprise gunfire, the sound is muzzled. I've seen the movie 100 times and I know the gunfire is supposed to be loud because it is supposed to make you jump out of your seat.
