Beta One UI 8.5 has launched. One UI 8 features exciting visual enhancements, as well as upgraded personalization, productivity, and security. Beta Program Info: 

To participate in the Beta program, you must meet the device requirement(s) below. 

• Date Duration: 12/8 - TBD
• Device Requirement: S25 T-Mobile, and unlocked models only

 How to join:

• Open Members App
• Scroll to the bottom section “Beta Program.”
• If your device meets the requirements to participate, you will see a banner there to sign up.

When will my device get it? 

At this time, we're unaware of additional devices that will participate in the newest Beta program. However, we do ask that you keep your eyes on our Members app for all the latest in Beta news.

Space is Limited

If you meet the requirements outlined, have the latest software version on your device, and the latest Members App version, and are still unable to sign up for the beta program, this is a sign that all spots have been filled. With the program being full, you will not be able to participate this time. Spots can become available again, though. Please keep watch on the members' app.

When will the official version be released?

At this time, we are unable to speculate on future software updates or their exact release dates. If you'd like to make sure your device has the latest software, please follow this guide: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002027/

When will that be available for the s24 ultra locked to AT&T?

@AndrewSanchez you will need to withdraw from the beta program. You will have to connect to PC and use smart switch to downgrade.

@Galaxy23U Please see the post on which you are commenting for eligibility requirements. AT&T carrier locked devices are ineligible for the beta program.

@changy Blame Verizon. The carrier is responsible for update distribution and Verizon does not participate in beta programs.

So did you guys figure out the processing request for beta stuck issue? I have it all day. Im on spectrum mobile with my fully unlocked s25u , Im on e sim but tried putting in my old google fi non working sim cause i heard that might work but no go on that. didnt work. So is  it just certain carriers like T mobile that are getting this? again my phone is fully unlocked .

So if I have a galaxy S25 Ultra with spectrum will I get to have the 8.5 beta

@SamsungJustin my phone is unlocked but I get service through spectrum. Anyways its a bit deceiving it seems just because u have unlocked phone u will get this update which is not true as far as I know.
