Samsung Odyssey G9 JOG Button Crumbled To Dust!

Hi, 

Like many many others I’ve heard about, my Odyssey G9 Jog button just crumbled as I went to turn on the monitor!

This is absolutely not normal wear and tear, nor is it accidental or deliberate damage. The button should not crumble like that.  Obviously the heat from the monitor made the material brittle  

 I’ve only had this monitor for 6 months. How can I get a replacement button? I don’t want to have to return the monitor, I just want a button I can install. Is that an option?

I would check to see if your Odyssey G9 is still under some sort of warranty since it's only 6 months old.
Otherwise, do an online search for a replacement button with your model #. You can normally find Samsung replacement buttons from various online marketplaces, including eBay.
