Why do my Samsung Odyssey G5 32" LS32CG552ENXZA monitors fade to back when I press Ctrl+Alt+Del Command? What setting will stop this?

The black screen is a function of the computer responding to a CAD command, not a monitor issue.

On my Win 11 I get a black screen with a set of options for user logging/switching and power/restart functions.

Yes normally with all my other monitors when I press the Ctrl+Alt+Del Command I get a window that comes up with those options and how I would normally get to my task manager. But since I hooked up my Samsung Odyssey G5 32" LS32CG552ENXZA when I press the Ctrl+Alt+Del Command, the monitor fades to black before I can click on any of those options. I am trying to find out how to stop that from happening.
