Monitors and MemorySamsung G80SD low latency mode + vsync
Hello,
On my old 144hz monitor i been running this settings form blurbusters, for smoothest experience and best performance.
And frame limit was automatically limited to 138 fps.
Buy on my new monitor it will limit it to 116 fps. Like I am running 120 Hz. Windows is running 240 hz. And in the monitor menu it says 240 hz too.
But in games it gets limited to 116 Hz.
Gpu: 4080 super and running through DP.
Text from blurbusters:
Set āLow Latency Modeā to āUltraā in the Nvidia Control Panel. When combined with G-SYNC + NVCP V-SYNC, this setting will automatically limit the framerate (in supported games) to ~59 FPS @60Hz, ~97 FPS @100Hz, ~116 FPS @120Hz, ~138 FPS @144Hz, ~224 FPS @240hz, etc.
