I wanted to try and update my samsung PC monitor gaming monitor but it doesn't have a usb port. I don't know why some monitors don't have usb ports.

The LC24RG50FQMXZN is a basic no frills/extras low cost monitor with no update path available.  It was not designed to allow updates.
