I received my new G9 OLED a couple days ago and was looking at the settings to get a good idea how to navigate. I couldn't help but notice when started looking at panel care that there was no option for pixel refresh. I'm curious since I feel with OLED panels they mostly come with a pixel refresh option due to the risk of burn in. Am I missing something? Maybe a setting I have to turn on to be able to see it?
Any help would be appreciated since I would really like to have this option due to it being an OLED.
After reading the user manual it seems like there is no option for a pixel refresh. So far you can only enable pixel shift and adjust the behaviour for static logos. I hope they will add this feature with a software update, because I believe the Oled G8 does have the option for a pixel refresh. I will keep this thread updated, if they will add this in the future.
