I need help with trying to find updates for my Samsung Odyssey G5 LS27CG556ENXZA. When I go to the website and go to the drivers page and put in my model number, it doesn’t show my monitor available at all on the website. I need help with this.
Their live help on the site are extremely thorough and helpful as I'm using an old Samsung 4K HD TV as my monitor. From what they told me though Microsoft's PNP basic monitor driver works for most all forms of viewing set ups. If there is a firmware update though, you just have to start a live chat and give them all the specs of your setup and they will let you know if there's any updates.
