I ran the most recent update on 5/7 and after it finished my navigation buttons stopped working properly. I would have to press the buttons multiple times just to get a response. It would highlight the button press but nothing would actually happen until I've pressed them many, many times! A Samsung rep suggested using "Swipe Gestures" until the issue is acknowledged & fixed. Definitely takes some getting used to but that works for now! Anyone else have this issue after the UI update?

I have s24 ultra booting in safe mode worked for me. Then I rebooted in normal mode and the issue has been completely fixed hopefully this works for you 🙏

See the back arrow at the top left?
For some reason you have to exit by that. My S 25 Ultra works great but some menus I have to use that back arrow to get out.

That upper back arrow locks in the setting.

I think you may have misunderstood. It's not just an issue with setting screens. It's any time I'd hit any navigation buttons at all in any screen/app

Do you have any accessibility options on, such as "time to take action" or "accidental touch protection" or "touch sensitivity"?  Look in your settings.   Accidental touch protection is actually in display settings.  You screen could also be off calibration.  Check the screen in diagnostics (support tab of the Members app). There is a tiny app in the Play store called Touch Screen Calibration and it will help recalibrate the screen.

The only thing that's probably on would be accidental touch but it's always been on. I'm hoping after giving it some time it will go back to normal. But, by then I will end up used to using Gestures rather than buttons!

I will look for that app. I never knew that was a thing. I did run the usual tests with no issues, somehow🤷🏻‍♀️

I also had issues with my navigation bar. I had to download good lock & in that app download NavStar to get back in working order.
