What way are you setting up your TV? With remote or Phone?

So, I recommend using your phone in this situation. Use Samsung SmartThings for setup. The phone needs to be connected to Wi-Fi. Samsung SmartThings needs all permissions granted and location turned on during setup. Your TV will then connect to the Wi-Fi that your phone is connected to. This should alleviate the issue you are experiencing.

Ok I'll try that. I got a couple of errors trying to get the TV on my Samsung account. Server busy and some other issue but going to try later this evening.
