To remove the gray bar on your Samsung DU7200 TV, try these steps:
1. Check for Picture Settings Adjustments:
Go to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Try adjusting the mode or setting it to Standard or Movie to see if the gray bar disappears.
2. Turn Off Ambient Mode:
Some Samsung TVs have an Ambient Mode that can show images or colors. To turn this off, press the Home button on your remote, go to Ambient Mode, and exit or disable it if it's enabled.
3. Adjust Accessibility Settings:
Go to Settings > General > Accessibility. Sometimes, certain accessibility features, like High Contrast, can cause overlays. Make sure all accessibility options are off.
4. Restart or Reset the TV:
A soft restart can sometimes clear display issues. Turn the TV off, unplug it for a minute, then plug it back in and power it on.
If nothing works, you could consider a Factory Reset in Settings > General > Reset, but note that this will reset all settings.
