@Aslick40 I am assuming you are talking about TV's since that is the category you chose, you can't find it because it doesn't exist. You can't side load apps onto a Samsung TV.

You would need to buy a streaming device running some flavor of Android, Fire TV, Google TV, Nvida Shield just to name a few. I have Walmarts Onn Google TV, great device. I have side loaded apps on it, BeeTV, TeaTV a few others.

Are you trying to install Unknown apps on your phone or TV? If you are trying to install Unknown apps on your phone, open your settings and then select security and turn off the Autoblocker 1730392259696.jpg

@Aslick40 Basing this response off this being posted on the LED/OLED TV section

Samsung TVs (as far as I'm aware) run off their own proprietary OS called Tizen OS and that does not have the ability to install apps from Unknown Sources. The only thing possible on that OS involves SDB and Dev Mode, but I'm assuming that's not what you're looking for.
