I have several Samsung TV's but this is the first one I've purchased in a long time. The others are not smart TV's. When I turn them on they come on to the HDMI input. I would love for the new TV to do the same. Unfortunately I have to scroll through several steps to select the HDMI source in order to view it. Initially the TV had that as a "RECENT" option and I could at least select that but not any longer. Now it just shows all of the smart features, WIFI options, Samsung options etc., but not the HDMI input. That I have to scroll to the options and select every time.
So, is there any way to make the TV just turn on to the last setting, in this case HDMI, or any way to select what the TV turns on to. I tried contacting Samsung chat but that was worthless so I'm hoping someone here might have the answer. TIA.
