LED and OLED TVsOK. I feel less crazy now. Would be nice if Samsung would acknowledge the issue. I’m in the middle of a reset, blew away all my apps, etc. If they would just publish an ack it would save a lot of folks a lot of grief.

LED and OLED TVsHi
I’ve also already confirmed in several threads that I’m affected by the same issue and have pointed it out multiple times. I don’t want to repeat everything in each thread and just copy-pasting the same message everywhere doesn't feel helpful either
But if anyone is considering it please do not reset your TV. It may lead to additional issues down the line. Unfortunately that won’t help those who already did it but it's worth mentioning. This is clearly a global problem. Other platforms and websites are already full of reports about it
That’s why I came back to the forum again to see if Samsung or at least a moderator has said anything about it. Unfortunately there is still no official response. Oddly enough that does reassure me a bit because it confirms that it’s not just a local or individual issue. Still the lack of any communication is frustrating and concerning
I’ve also seen some speculation on Reddit including suggestions that Samsung may have been compromised. I can't confirm any of that and I don’t want to spread rumors. I don’t work for Samsung. But I do hope we get some clear information soon so that we can all return to using the services we paid for when purchasing these TVs
Let me add that overall I’ve always been very satisfied with Samsung products. My smartphone my smartwatch and my Galaxy Buds have all been working flawlessly. But the problems I’ve had specifically with Samsung TVs have been quite serious and honestly disappointing
This is already the second TV in a row where display or system-related issues began to appear shortly after the warranty expired. For a brand like Samsung which stands for quality and innovation I find that very concerning. It doesn’t live up to the standard that I and many others expect from the company
At this point I’m starting to seriously question whether my next TV will be from Samsung. Especially considering that other manufacturers now offer comparable features at a more competitive price. Right now I have to say I’m not very satisfied with how things are going and I hope Samsung will take this situation seriously and communicate with its customers more transparently
