I've got a model UN55CU7000FXZA (software version 2000) tv that I have connected to an antenna & the internet & up until recently I have been able to browse OTA channels (2 - 67) & then when I got to the end, it would start with the Samsung TV Plus channels, 1000 - 4000-something. Now, if I'm on an OTA channel, say 26 or any given number & hit channel up or down, it will go straight to 1000 & if I hit channel down from there, it takes me to the highest Samsung TV plus channel!
What caused this change & how do I get it back to how it was previously?

Not sure if this very simple fix has been mentioned but I only have an HD Antenna and had been getting all the networks and many sub-channels like 2.1, 2.2, 24.5 etc. then suddenly I could get a few non-decimal channels AND if I hit the channel up button, it would jump to 1000. After unplugging the TV, scanning the channels and trying to change a million settings someone told me to go to the Guide/TV-schedule by pressing the Guide button. On the left there is a list of sources…ALL, ANTENNA, SAMSUNG TV PLUS, NEWS and others. If SAMSUNG TV PLUS is highlighted then that's all you will see and that's your problem. Left arrow to get to that list, arrow up and down and highlight ANTENNA if that's all you want to see or ALL if you want your antenna channels and the 1000s of channels in SAMSUNG TV PLUS. That's it! Hope this helps

... During this process I also learned that for some fixes unplugging the TV works but it has to be done in a certain way. Turn the tv ON then unplug it for it 30 seconds then plug it back in and turn it on. There will be a little animated house icon which is a true reset. All of your settings will be there.
