LED and OLED TVsSéries 5 LED tv. Connected to Xfinity but unable to get to the tv home page or Hub. Trying to use the Smart TV functionality. Relocated to a new place. The unit has previously worked fine but now opens directly to Xfinity and doesn’t répond to the Hub button on the remote.

This may sound dumb,but take the batteries out of your remote and flip them around. Had this happen once and that took care of it.
Also make sure you have your cables in the correct positions on the TV since you stated you moved.
