The customers of Puerto Rico are paying for a Samsung TV just like any other US citizen. But for Samsung the Puert Rico residents dont deserve the same features as all others. Samsung TV Plus channels are advertised as included free with the purchase these channels are not available or at least most of them. Please fix this also ship your products to Puerto Rico is the same cost as shipping to Seattle or Idaho. Totally biased Samsung.

LED and OLED TVsI would suggest contacting the Puerto Rico support Community. Locate Puerto Rico in the list and click on the community.

LED and OLED TVs
Also shipping to Puerto Rico is most certainly not the same as shipping to Seattle or Idaho. One reason is the Jones Act, which states that foreign registered ships cannot sail from one US port directly to another without stopping at a foreign port in between. You will always pay more for goods if you live on an island.
